Bio

The Extasies are an independent duo formed by French-Mexican couple Arnault Faucomprez (guitar/synths/samples/vocals) and Karen M. (bass/synths/vocals), who share a deep love for music. They started back in 2013 playing gigs in their hometown Cancun, Mexico, and releasing cover videos on YouTube, including some Joy Division covers that were well received.

Between 2022 and 2023 they released 4 original experimental instrumental tracks inspired by Krautrock, Ambient and film music: Firewave, Space Soundtrack, Whale Song and Infinite Loop.

Their latest single Cosmic Dance is their first original release with vocals, it's a New Wave song with poetic lyrics uniting love, space and existence.

The Extasies are writing and recording more original songs, so stay tuned.
